I love this time of year. As much as I love being inside beading, I often take a tray to the patio to bead and look at this loveliness. I get inspiration for the colors for bead packs many times: just sitting, beading, looking at how the different colors of the garden go together without really matching. See which color stands out most. That will be your focals, and most times, larger beads. Other times they are smaller beads but lots of them. Take this in to consideration BEFORE you make something that wasn’t what you had imagined it would turn out to be.
Use this when you choose colors for your own creations. Sometimes nature is our best inspiration, just waiting for you to see it.
